Logické hry by se daly považovat za jedno z mnoha odvětví arkád. Logické hry si kladou za úkol co nejvíce potrápit vaše mozkové závity. Často postupujete od jednodušších úrovní ke složitějším. Jedním z námětů logických her je útěk z uzamčené místnosti. Za pomoci předmětů, které můžete naleznout se pokoušíte otevřít zámek dveří. Toto by mohlo připomínat adventuru, ale v "utíkačkách" je útěk z místnosti hlavním a jediným účelem. Mnohé logické hry se hrají v podobě her "stolních", například klasický Backgammon apod.
